Return to Impact - Strength & Mobility for Women Returning to Sport

Whether you are postpartum or getting back into the swing of things after time off activity, class may be for you!

This small-group intermediate level fitness class is designed for women who are ready to return to impact-based movement (e.g., jogging, jumping, performance activities) after childbirth, or coming back from time off or injury and are looking to bridge the gap between rehab and full sport performance.

Using a progressive training style, where each week builds on skills from the last, we’ll train with purpose focusing on the parts of training the at need special attention when returning to impact activities after time off.  Through breathwork, core integration, functional strength, and controlled power we will ready your body to safely perform the sports and activities you love with more confidence.

This class is for individuals who have been cleared by a health care provider for return to exercise (including impact), do not have any acute injury, have some experience in strength training in the last 1-2 months. Babies and children are welcome to join you under your supervision, no formal child care is available.

This class is:

- Ideal for women with medical clearance, post injury or 4+ months postpartum

- Aimed at general strength and impact tolerance

- Suited for those that have started general strength postpartum 1-2 times a week for a minimum of 4-6 weeks

- Can perform and tolerate functional movements (hinge, squat, lunge, push, pull, carry) body weight

Spots are limited—let’s get strong, mobile, and sport-ready together!
