Strong Youth and Teens
We want our kids to grow up feeling strong, confident, capable, and supportive of each other. In these classes we will focus on exactly that!
Introducing them to exercise and a gym setting, our trainers will work with them to safely discover what their bodies can do, while having fun and supporting each other.
Our goal is to create a empowering and supportive environment, to help start them off with a healthy relationship with exercise and their bodies!
