Boot Camp 2016 (4 Week Course)
This is exactly as it says on the tin.................
A Boot Camp to KICK START your fitness for 2016..... a 4 Week Bootcamp MAY not make you a size zero with longer legs but it will get you in the habit of getting up early, dedicating time to exercise and making your body and health a priority.
New Years Resolution:
Tone Up, Get Fit and Lose Weight? .... Same every year?....
And the same old drill - You stick at it for a week and then you give up because it's too tough.... Well life's tough.
Life's about balance. It's very easy to reach for the cake / chocolates / cheese board over the Christmas period... Therefore to work it off will be a struggle. The sooner you accept it and embrace the challenge the easier it will be to get your head round it all. Embraced it yet? Ok, then... let's tell you the details...
**PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NEED 10 PEOPLE MINIMUM FOR THIS COURSE TO RUN**
Start Time: 6am – 7am (Every Monday – Friday throughout January) Told you it was early!
Place: Unit 9, Vernon Building, Westbourne St, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire HP11 2PX
Type of Classes / Drills / Sessions: (To keep the sessions open to all they will not be pole related. )
Walking, Jogging, Running, Interval Training, Circuit Style Training, Kettlebells, boxing drills & sparring, skipping and many many more..... ( and that’s just the jumping around stuff!)
Help and Support: Simple nutrition advice, guidance, text messages, emails, phone calls.... whatever it takes we’ll support each other with this one! 19 other people nagging you to get up and encouraging for you to be good? It’s going to work ladies!
Start Date: Monday 4th January - That gives you 3 days to get rid of the Christmas junk and 3 days to get some early nights.... It’s going to be brutal but soooooo worth it!
Spaces : I can only offer 20 spaces for this session
Price: £100 ( £30 deposit before the 4th and £70 paid no later than the 4th ) Every session is then upto you to get your monies worth! You owe it to your thighs! ;)
In summary, if you shock your body into exercising everyday it can do nothing more than adapt and change! You will be training every weekday until 2 weeks before valentines day..... What a great Valentines gift for a loved one huh? Do you need much more incentive?
((I'll be honest ....It’s going to be tough and it will utterly KILL me getting up at 5:15am BUT even I have to do it too..... I LOVE Christmas... The cheese’s, the pickles, the cold meats, the chocolate....the....the... oh hello muffin top .... Nice to see you! I am willing to put in the effort to get rid of it! Are you willing? Are you ready?))
