This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on the On Demand class videos offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.

On Demand Membership Auto-Renew Term
This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. After the initial payment, your credit card will be billed monthly based on your starting billing date. Unless you notify us otherwise as provided below, payment of each monthly fee (after the initial payment) shall constitute your affirmative acceptance of renewal of your membership for the next succeeding month.

On Demand Membership Freeze
You can freeze your membership twice per year for up to 16 weeks per freeze. Freezes require a 2-day notice prior the requested freeze date. Your membership will automatically restart upon the predetermined date, unless you notify Yoga Lab for an earlier reactivation date. In order to assure timely processing, membership freeze requests must be submitted via email to info@YogaLabStudio.com

On Demand Membership Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time after 1 active month. Any cancellation requires notice at least 2 days before the next payment date. You will be able to cancel your membership on your own by logging in to manage your account. Please note that the system will not refund any final payments and therefore the system will simply default the end date to the end of your current billing cycle (so for example if you pay on the 1st of each month and cancel on the 15th of November, your end date will automatically be set as the 30th of November). If you prefer, you may also submit any cancellation notice via email to info@YogaLabStudio.com with 2 days notice and we will cancel it for you.

It is your responsibility to monitor your usage and cancel your Membership if you are no longer utilizing classes - Yoga Lab does not permit transfers or issue refunds for unused Memberships.
