Core & Pelvic Floor Retraining Workshop - Morning Series Option
Restore core and pelvic floor function with simple exercises that go a long way to redeveloping your core center of strength and stability. Learn also about small changes in daily life to reinforce proper functioning, so you get more “workout” time through your whole day. This series will benefit anyone with a core at any age and stage, with special focus on pregnancy and postpartum and restrengthening.
This is a special 4-week Workshop Series with Yoga Lab Co-Founder Kristen Boccumini, M.S., E-RYT500, YACEP, CES, RPYT, PCES.

Two series timeslot options are offered to accommodate morning or evening availability. Please choose one series time for all 4 classes.
