Intro to Yoga: 4-Week Workshop

New to yoga? Get started in the new year!

Intro to Yoga with Kristen Boccumini is a 4-week workshop designed for individuals with little or no yoga experience. Learn the basics of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. We will take it slow and step by step with the opportunity to ask questions throughout. For true beginners or those who want to review the basics, you will also benefit from more instructor attention and feedback to help you integrate the postures and principles with confidence. This small-class setting ensures individual attention from one of Yoga Lab's Co-Founders, and is an ideal way to learn the fundamentals of a safe and healthy yoga practice.  

When: Sundays in January 4:00-5:00pm (Jan 7, 14, 21, & 28)
Cost: $60 for 4 classes ($15/class)

Cancellations: You can cancel up to 1-week before the workshop begins for a full refund. After that the workshop is nonrefundable. If your schedule changes please cancel early to open up a spot for someone else.
