Core & Pelvic Floor Retraining Series

Restore core and pelvic floor function with simple exercises that go a long way to redeveloping your core center of strength and stability. Learn also about small changes in daily life to reinforce proper functioning, so you get more “workout” time through your whole day. This series will benefit anyone with a core of any gender, age, and stage, which includes pregnancy and postpartum restrengthening.
