ARC'S INCLUSIVE OPEN DAY

On Sunday 30th June we are holding a disability open day to allow anyone with a disability to come along and trial different sports & activities. The day will consist of 3 different sessions:

10am-11am - Kids disability session 

11am-12pm - Adults with physical & learning disabilities 

12pm-1pm - Adults with physical disabilities 

During the hour you will get to trial Tennis, Badminton, Squash & a Fitness session.
