These sessions are open to all ages and levels of experience and will be taught by Nolan Hanson at Gleason's Gym, 130 Water Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201. Please note Gleason's charges $25/day or $110/month in order to work out at the gym. Folks are welcome to bring someone to share their session with, for no additional cost, however each person will be required to pay the Gleason's fee.
