These small group sessions allow me to give you personalised hands-on guidance as well as work through progressions and regressions of the exercises (as required) to allow you to gain maximum benefit from the class.

All Monthly Memberships are based on 46 weeks of the year, allowing for studio closure for my holidays, training and Public/Bank holidays. Payment is taken via Direct Debit on the 1st of every month.
Please note: Any changes to or cancellation of membership has a notice period of 1 calendar month.
NOTE: For safety reasons, all clients will be required to attend an Introduction session before they begin our Reformer/Apparatus classes. In this, I will take you through safety, set up and some of the Reformer repertoire to ensure you get a good feel for the machine, giving you the confidence to go into a group class. It also enables me to gauge your level of ability, and if there is anything I need to be aware of before you start regarding specific issues or problems.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
