Come along and discover what Pilates Apparatus is all about!

This friendly, hands-on session gives you the chance to try the Reformer and explore some of the other Classical Pilates equipment, with plenty of individual guidance and encouragement along the way.

You'll try a selection of exercises, learn how the equipment works and get a feel for what makes Pilates Apparatus so different.

With a small group, there's plenty of time to ask questions, find your feet and enjoy trying something new.

No previous experience needed and no pressure to commit to regular sessions afterwards. Just come along, give it a go and see what you think!
