Flow from the darkness of Winter to the light of Spring in this 2 hour workshop!

Come join Steph Hammond plus guest yoga teacher Jamie Tyler for this ‘Flow Into Spring' workshop. 

Rouse the senses and wake the body & mind up from the darkness and cold of winter, ready for the warmth of spring and summer. Starting with a revitalising 45 min Pilates practice with Steph to help mobilise, activate and warm up the body. Before Jamie moves you through a 45 min Yoga Flow to energise the body and wake up the senses, finishing with a calm, relaxing and nourishing guided meditation. 

Be prepared to work hard, sweat, laugh, relax and feel amazing!

So kick your heels into the air, ready for a fresh and fun Spring. 

We’ll finish the evening with tea and cake!

Some Pilates or yoga experience would be beneficial but not essential.
