You will learn the basic principles of Pilates from the beginning and the course will give you the confidence to build on this at a pace that suits you. 

Teaching a small group (maximum 10 people) allows me to tailor the practice to your needs, so you can work at the level that is right for you and gain the most out of the session.

Everyone attending will receive a FREE Flex Band to take home.
