Palmer Park Endurance Camp 4-16 year olds

Coaching from 9am-12pm, at Palmer Park Stadium. 

Sessions will cover a mixture of endurance based activities, including fartlek training, tempo runs, techniques, plyometrics and strength and conditioning.

A reasonable level of fitness is required for this group- athletes should be able to run 1km/ 5mins without stopping. 

Athletes split into age appropriate groups.
