Sprints and Hurdles Masterclass

High end coaching in specific areas, led by an ex-Olympic athlete. Sessions are designed for competitive athletes who are already established within the sprints and/or hurdles disciplines. 

 

Classes will include:

Monday and Friday- How to use blocks (Set up, Practice drills and Techniques)

Tuesday and Thursday- Hurdles (Drills, Sprint and Long variations)

Wednesday- Bend running (Lane Placement, Pace Variation, Tactical Runs).

 

Sessions limited to 12 athletes per day only.
