You’ll also get unlimited access to Open Sessions and our Sunday Run Club, giving you more freedom to train your way, on your schedule.

To help you stay on track, this membership also includes a monthly InBody scan - a quick, accurate body composition analysis that tracks muscle mass, body fat, and other key metrics. It's a powerful tool to help you measure real progress beyond the scales and stay motivated.

All sessions are led by professionally trained coaches and focus on pad work, footwork, and conditioning - no contact required.

This membership also gives you priority access to STLTH’s ‘The Fight Project’ and opportunities to compete on reputable shows throughout the year, if you choose to take it further.
