The Evolve Personal Programming Platinum Package is for those in S3 and above who have completed the Growth programme and have specific performance goals or aspirations in mind.
The Platinum Package includes:
A comprehensive personalised online programme;
Weekly online check-ins via your personal training portal;
And one monthly personal, face to face, coaching session.
Please note when transitioning from Lifting Clubs to, the increased autonomy of, individual programming we recommend starting with the Platinum package for the first few months to ensure individuals are getting the most out of their training. This can be reduced when you are ready, if you wish.
Additional face to face coaching sessions, including assessment sessions, can be added at an extra charge of £30.00 per se

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
