Sports Performers Speed Workshops

This is a six week block of Speed Workshops for those on the Sports Performers Programme led by RGU Sports Science student Dan Brown.

These sessions are designed for athletes who wish to get quicker and more powerful. Each session looks to work on the bio-mechanical elements involved in sprinting, aiming to improve sprint speed, and reduce risk of injury through specific exercises and grass based drills. 

These sessions are 20 minutes long and designed to be completed prior to a Sports Performers session.
