Terms and Conditions
This purchase will entitle the purchaser to a single 60-minute personal training session with a Capricorn Fitness Staff Coach. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable and is subject to our 24-hour cancellation policy:
1. If we (Capricorn Fitness) have to cancel the session, the purchaser will be offered the choice of re-scheduling at no extra charge or a 100% refund.
2. If notice to cancel is given a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, no cancellation charges will apply and the session will be re-scheduled at a time convenient to both parties at no extra charge. Notice to cancel of less than 24 hours or attendance will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
