A packed and intensive session covering the fundamentals of the 4 main barbell lifts: Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift and Press with Scotlands only Barbell Logic Professional Barbell Coach. We recommend bringing a notebook or you can request to have elements of your session recorded. Please bring any personal training equipment that you have such as squat shoes, wrist wraps, knee sleeves or lifting belt. Don't worry if this is your first time and you don't have any of this stuff; we'll chat it through during your session.
