Terms & Conditions
Four-Week Beginners Course
By booking onto the Four-Week Beginners Pilates Course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Course Duration & Attendance
The course runs over four consecutive weeks on the scheduled dates and times provided at booking. Places are limited and allocated to specific course dates.
2. Use of Sessions
If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, you may use the session credit to attend another suitable class within the same four-week course period, subject to availability. Sessions must be used within the course timeframe and cannot be carried over beyond the end of the course.
3. Missed Classes
Missed classes cannot be refunded or transferred outside of the four-week course period. It is the participant’s responsibility to arrange an alternative class within the course timeframe where possible.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered in extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of Progress Pilates. Refunds will not be given for missed classes or change of mind.
5. Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit to take part in Pilates classes. Any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancies should be disclosed prior to attending the course. You participate in all exercises at your own risk.
6. Cancellations by Progress Pilates
In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by Progress Pilates, an alternative class or suitable credit will be offered.
7. General
Progress Pilates reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions where necessary. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
