1. What Is a Private Lesson Pass?
A Private Lesson Pass is a digital credit that lets you book a one-to-one skating lesson.
Each pass includes:
Time in minutes per session
Quantity of students per lesson
Flexible use for a kid (4–13) or an adult (14+)
The age is selected during the booking, not when buying the pass.
2. How to Use the Pass
After purchasing your pass:
Go to the "Private Lessons" section on our website
Choose the instructor, date, time, location, and if the student is a kid or adult
Note: Not all instructors teach kids. Availability depends on instructor and location.
We recommend booking 7 to 15 days in advance.
3. Validity and Booking Conditions
Valid for 3 months from purchase
Non-refundable and non-transferable once used to confirm a booking
You can reschedule once, at least 48 hours in advance
Cancellations made under 48 hours will mark the pass as used
4. Instructor Availability
Instructor schedules may change. We advise booking early.
If your selected instructor becomes unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or reschedule.
5. Limitations and Exclusions
Only valid for one-to-one lessons
Not valid for workshops, events, or group classes
Some parks or private locations may have extra fees, shown during booking
6. Responsibility and Safety
All students (or guardians) must:
Wear proper safety gear
Follow the instructor’s guidance
LSkate is not responsible for injuries due to ignoring safety instructions.
