Terms and Conditions for Private Lesson Passes
1. Definition of a Private Lesson Pass
A private lesson Pass is a digital credit that allows you to configure and book a one-to-one skating lesson.
This pass includes:
A class duration of 120 minutes
Two students per lesson
The option to choose if the student is a kid (4–13 years old) or an adult (14+)
You will select the student’s age when booking the lesson, not when buying the pass.
2. How to Use the Pass
After purchasing your pass:
Go to the "Private Lessons" section on our website
Choose your instructor, date, time, location, and indicate if the student is a kid or an adult
Please note that not all instructors offer lessons for kids. Availability depends on the instructor and the location.
We recommend booking your lesson 7 to 15 days in advance to secure your preferred slot.
3. Pass Validity and Booking Conditions
The pass is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase
Once used to book a lesson, it is non-refundable and non-transferable
You can reschedule a lesson once, as long as you do it at least 48 hours in advance
Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the lesson will mark the pass as used
4. Instructor Availability
Instructor availability may change. We recommend booking early.
If your chosen instructor becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative or reschedule option.
5. Limitations and Exclusions
Private lessons are one-to-one only. Group or family sessions need a different booking option
Passes cannot be used for workshops, events, or group classes
Some parks or private locations may have extra fees, shown during booking
6. Responsibility and Safety
Students (or guardians of minors) must wear proper safety gear and follow the instructor’s guidance.
LSkate is not responsible for injuries caused by ignoring safety instructions.
