This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.

Payment, Booking and Cancellation Policy

GYM AND CLASS BOOKINGS :-
Full payment or active membership or blocks must be purchased prior to booking sessions. A 24 hour cancellation policy is applicable to all sessions. If you fail to attend or cancel less than 24hr prior to class start time this will result in full charge, loss of session or subject to a £5 penalty fee ( for unlimited members who have multiple/frequent cancellations )

At least one months notice must be given for cancellation of memberships, for example to cancel on the 30th June you must cancel by 30th May, you will be responsible for payment for the following month from your cancellation request, regardless of whether you utilize the membership during that time.
