Our new Youth Fitness Strength and Conditioning class is designed to get kids/teens moving, improving strength, and building healthy habits for life. In just 30 minutes, twice a week, your child will get a full-body workout using our dynamic circuit functional equipment.

This isn't just about combat strength —it's about posture correction, coordination, and getting active in ways that can improve athletic performance, confidence, and overall well-being. Whether it's running, jumping, or strengthening, this class will help your child build a strong foundation, while staying engaged and energized.

    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership.
