In this fun 30 minute class you'll be working to upbeat music using the traditional principles of Pilates and getting strong from the inside first.
Incorporating standing work to lengthen muscles, whilst concentrating on strengthening core and improving posture and balance, in 3 planes of movement. This original, multi directional, multi plane workout will use exercises based on Joseph Pilates classical repertoire to give you a functional, whole body workout.

Bring your handweights and a towel! 
Great for those who love Pilates and want to up the intensity! You will get HOT!
