Thursday 7.30pm Power Up Pilates

This 3 dimentional movement class willl use full body integrated movements to create a ‘functional’ workout that will increase your heart rate and lift your spirits.

Expect a strong workout which is safe on your joints and your pelvic floor, performed to an uplifting playlist  – ideal for those who want an energetic Pilates based class! This class is best suited to those who have some experience doing PIlates and want to UP their game.

If you have 2-3kg hand weights, please bring them along, but they are not necessary. Other small props will be used such as bands, balls and the magic circle.
