Pilates Circuit - Beginners

During this 4 week course, you will learn to use the Reformer, Cadillac, and Combo Chair for a full-body workout that blends strength, mobility, and control.

Expect a flowing mix of spring-based resistance, stability work and mindful mobility bursts.  You will be rotate through timed sessions on each piece of equipment, guided with plenty of options so you can work at your level. 

Open to those who are familiar with the Pilates method but would like to experience the bigger apparatus .
