The Strong Mamas class is here to empower you, support you, and give you confidence in your journey back to exercise.

A safe, strong and essential re-introduction to exercise for Mamas who have recently given birth and had their 6 week return to exercise sign off by the GP or a women’s health physiotherapist.

This is a specialised non impact class considering the needs of postnatal Mamas, focussing on:

Core restoration and re-connection

Pelvic floor muscles

Mobility/movement targeted at typically tight areas for new Mamas

Full body strength & conditioning through functional movement; body weight and some exercises can be done with baby. (Option to add weight if you have access to them at home)

Feeling strong, energised and making time for yourself without the stress of leaving the house, whilst still being able to connect with other Mamas
