TLS Kids 8-12 Years

Are you ready to give your child the edge in fitness, strength, and confidence? TLS KIDS  is the perfect program to help kids and teens build the physical and mental resilience they need, whether it’s for excelling in sports or just improving their overall fitness!

We are offering 6-week blocks of expertly coached strength and fitness sessions that are tailored to specific age groups.:

Ages 8-12: Wednesday, 4:00 - 5:00 PM

Each session is designed to develop strength, agility, and skills in a fun and supportive environment. Whether they’re already involved in sports or just starting their fitness journey, these sessions are a great way to complement other activities outside the gym.
