A blend of gym and pole based learning over 4 weeks. In these 90 minute sessions we will Set a strong foundation for learning or improving the shoulder mount. Understand the muscles used and range of motion required at the joints Gain confidence in working on or towards shoulder mounts and using it in a combo.Learn how we can utilise resistance training to aid progress in this moveHave a grand old time working towards becoming a Shoulder Mount queen!Prerequisites - A confident invert to crucifix
