Ayesha Queens - 4 Week Course
A blend of gym and pole based learning over 4 weeks. In these 90 minute sessions we will
Set a strong foundation for learning or improving Ayesha
Understand the muscles used and range of motion required
Gain confidence in working on or towards arm only moves
Learn how we can utilise resistance training to aid progress in this move
Learn about different grip positions and their requirements
Have a grand old time working towards becoming an Ayesha queen!
