Ayesha Queens - 4 Week Course

A blend of gym and pole based learning over 4 weeks. In these 90 minute sessions we will 

  • Set a strong foundation for learning or improving Ayesha

  • Understand the muscles used and range of motion required

  • Gain confidence in working on or towards arm only moves

  • Learn how we can utilise resistance training to aid progress in this move

  • Learn about different grip positions and their requirements 

  • Have a grand old time working towards becoming an Ayesha queen!

Prerequisites - extended butterfly

Limited to 6 people per course
