Come Back Queens 6 week course


6 week course starting Thursday 8th January


 

Ready to get back to pole but feel like you’ll be starting from scratch? This 6 week course will guide you gently back to the pole! It will contain everything you need to find your pole strength safely and methodically alongside side me as I also return to upside down pole life after a long 7 months of being upright!


 

The 90 minute sessions will look like this - 20-30 mins of gym work to educate us about what muscles we need for the pole and how you can train them in the gym - 30 mins pole specific work on the poles - 30 mobility work (Strong + Flexy)


 

This is a 6 week course because consistency is key to giving you the best journey back to upside down pole life.
