Complete Beginners Pole Course
The best way to get started on your pole journey!
We have created a special time slot in our busy schedule just to introduce those who are completely new to our favourite art form! Over this 4 week course you will learn the basics of pole fitness, including spins and holds which will give you a great full body workout as well as challenging your co-ordination and laughing muscles.
No previous experience is needed for this course
What to wear
-Wear comfortable workout clothing - shorts/ leggings and tshirt/vest. Shorts are not essential for first class but will be useful if you are happy to wear them!
Other info
-Please do not apply lotions/ oils 24hrs before class, this will make the pole slippery and dangerous.
-Please do not wear Jewellery as this will damage the poles.
