Flop, Drop and Roll with Scarlet

This workshop will get you feeling super confident with all kinds of classic floor tricks and pole kips. From enhancing your forward and backwards rolls, to understanding the crowd favourite fishflop and dropping, banging and clacking those heels around to make the audience pay attention. Heels and kneepads essential.
