Terms and conditionsThis pricing option entitles the member to attend 4 classes per month at The Wild Box and must be purchased in combination with the same option via Sweat Box Gym which gives the member 4 CrossFit Classes per month at Sweat Box Gym site for a combined monthly price of £80 per month.
Some classes/events may be excluded from this pricing options. Unless otherwise noted, this pricing options is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the pricing options.
This pricing options bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period.
Cancellation Policy:
This pricing options requires 1 full calendar month’s notice to cancel.
You may cancel via your customer dashboard or by emailing us.
Your notice period will begin on the 1st of the next calendar month after we receive your request.
One final payment will be taken on the 1st of that notice month, and your pricing options will end on the last day of that month.
Example:
Cancel on 10 March, notice period = April, final payment = 1 April, pricing options ends = 30 April
Pricing Options Freezing
Pricing Options can only be frozen in line with your payment schedule.
Minimum freeze / hold time 1 month.
You can freeze for a maximum of 3 months in a year.
To set up a freeze you must to notify us at least 7 working days before your next payment is due.
Upgrading & Downgrading Pricing Options
Upgrading Your Pricing Options
You may upgrade your pricing options at any time by emailing us.
* Upgrades take effect immediately
* You will be charged the pro-rata difference between your current pricing options and the new pricing options for the remainder of the current billing period
* Ongoing payments will then be adjusted to the new pricing options level
Downgrading Your Pricing Options
Downgrades require advance notice and do not take effect immediately.
The notice period depends on your pricing options type:
Monthly Studio Pricing Options (billed on the 1st of each month)
* Downgrades require 1 full calendar month’s notice
* The downgrade will take effect from the 1st of the following month
Rolling Flexible Pricing Options (billed on your join date)
* Downgrades require 1 full billing month’s notice (date-to-date)
* The downgrade will take effect from your next billing anniversary after the notice period
Downgrades must be requested via your customer dashboard or by emailing us.
Penalty System: Late Cancellation
After 1 no shows within 5 days, you will be subject to a charge of £5.00. Late cancel is subject to immediate charge of £1.50 and forfeit of credit where applicable.
