Terms and Conditions
This pricing options will entitle the purchaser to unlimited access to The Wild Box classes including weekly classes, monthly classes and specials. It is valid for 12 months, this pricing option is non returnable / non refundable and failure to attend classes during its active period of 12 months will not result in any partial or full refund.
If the start date of this pricing options has already passed, it will not be prorated for partial months/days, meaning the price is the same regardless of when purchased. This pricing option is valid for 12 months and no extensions will be given and it cannot be cancelled after the fact.
Some classes/events may be excluded from this pricing options. This pricing options is non-transferable. See the details above for more information.

Upgrading & Downgrading Memberships
Upgrading Your Membership
You may upgrade your membership at any time by emailing us.
* Upgrades take effect immediately
* You will be charged the pro-rata difference between your current membership and the new membership for the remainder of the current billing period
* Ongoing payments will then be adjusted to the new membership level
Downgrading Your Membership
Downgrades require advance notice and do not take effect immediately.
The notice period depends on your membership type:
Monthly Studio Membership (billed on the 1st of each month)
* Downgrades require 1 full calendar month’s notice
* The downgrade will take effect from the 1st of the following month
Rolling Flexible Membership (billed on your join date)
* Downgrades require 1 full billing month’s notice (date-to-date)
* The downgrade will take effect from your next billing anniversary after the notice period
Downgrades must be requested via your customer dashboard or by emailing us.
