Yin Yoga Creative Sequencing with Jessica Wolff

This is a continued personal development opportunity for yoga teachers and also a great choice for any yin fanatics that want to deepen their experience and understanding of yin yoga sequencing.

Jessica teaches yin in a way a beyond the ordinary, say goodbye to generic yin sequencing and hello to a world of boundless creativity in yin yoga classes.

She has trained and worked with teachers Bernie Clark, Simon Lowe, Jambo Dragon and Sally Parkes (pregnancy yoga) and has been teaching almost 10 years. She has carefully developed a yin sequencing style that is intelligent, creative and unique and brings together this course so that she can share with you her ideas and approaches to sequencing.

Topics Covered:

How to teach from a theme and using storytelling in the class

Yin as a flow in the body and how to move between shapes

Getting creative with the shapes and colouring outside the lines

Structuring a sequence and inspiration for cueing

Please note that participants will not be expected to teach or deliver a class to the group, this is an immersive weekend of practice, learning and creativity.
