Flo is the Lead Physio & Head of Medical Services for Scotland Rugby Women’s National Team.


 

With nearly a decade of experience in elite sport, from rugby and football to triathlon, squash and judo. She’s passionate about female athlete health promotion and equipping female athletes with the right knowledge.


 

Her mission is simple:
