Summer Speed School

The Summer Speed School with Olympian and special guest coach Jared Deacon is back for 2022!

The Camp will run from 12-3pm from Monday 11th July to Friday 15th July! 
 

£35/day or £150 for the full week.
 

Each day consists of:

1 hour Speed Coaching Session

1 hour Performance Lifestyle Workshop

1 hour Strength Training Session

What will my child need?:

A full water bottle
A packed lunch/snacks
A waterproof jacket (in case of wet weather)
Sunscreen (in case of sunny weather)
