Summer Speed School

The Summer Speed School with Former Team GB Athlete and Sydney 2000 Olympian Jared Deacon is back for 2023!

The Camp will run from 12-3pm from Monday 17th July to Friday 21th July!

Sighthill Campus

Each day we will cover:

- 1 hour of speed training

- 1 hour of strength training

- 1 hour Performance Habits workshop
 

How much does it cost?

£200 for the week or £45/day.

What will my child need?:

- A full water bottle
- A packed lunch/snacks
- A waterproof jacket (in case of wet weather)
- Sunscreen (in case of sunny weather)
