Beginners Intensive Course

You will learn the key fundamentals of Pilates and basic techniques; alignment, breathing and core engagement which will form the foundation of your regular pilates practice. The class will also cover an understanding of the core muscles and their engagement, the importance of muscle balance, posture types and much more.After completion, you are guaranteed to understand the foundations of pilates, a greater knowledge of the benefits of Pilates and a considerably deeper understanding of your body, its ability and potential.This is an intensive 3 class course covering 1.5 hour per session over two weeks, which includes an intro to the Tower so you can join any of our available fundamental classes after.
