Physiotherapist Led Early Postnatal Reformer

Led by Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor Annaelle Harris, these classes will guide you progressively through a return to exercise postnatally. 

Annaelle currently works in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, allowing her to provide education as well as exercise guidance. 

These classes are currently running baby free, to allow you time to focus on your own recovery and reconnecting with your body postnatally. 

These classes are intended at those early in their postnatal recovery or just starting back to exercise. From 6 weeks after vaginal delivery and 8 weeks after Caesarean birth.
