This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date and is non-transferrable.

Canceling / Pausing your Membership

We understand that at some point you may want to pause or cancel your membership.

If this is the cause then all you need to do is email Claire at Admin@FactoryBJJ.com and she will take care of it for you.

It’s worth noting that while we don’t ask members to sign a contract we do have a 30 day cancellation / pause policy.

We cannot pause a membership for holidays, illness or minor injuries.

Throughout the year some months have 5 weeks in and depending on your training schedule you will get more classes during those months. We also run classes on all Bank Holidays and do not close for Christmas. This means over the year if a few weeks are missed, it evens out on the whole.
