Overview:
The Alpha Project is a 16-week MMA transformation program designed to take complete beginners from zero to cage-ready. Built by Virtus and led by experienced coaches from OMMA (Team Ryano Omagh), the program offers world-class training, a structured curriculum, and the rare opportunity to step into the cage for a real amateur bout at the end of the journey.
Who It’s For:
Men and women (16+) with little to no MMA experience
Anyone looking to challenge themselves physically and mentally
People interested in personal growth, discipline, and pushing past limits
Program Structure:
Duration: 16 weeks
Training Days: 3 sessions per week
Disciplines Covered: Striking (Boxing, Muay Thai), Wrestling, BJJ, Conditioning
Coaching: Professional, team-based environment under OMMA coaches
Final Goal: Compete in a controlled amateur MMA bout at the official Alpha Project Showcase Event
