Classes take place at Grace Studio, 2c Orbital Court in East Kilbride.

The class will be taught by Esther and Sarah. If we can be flexible with dates, depending on demand, we will be, please get in touch.

A class to keep you strong and mobile throughout your pregnancy. A place to relax and spend time on yourself, and where you can connect with other mums to be.

Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 8 weeks.

This class is for you as the first thing to help you recover and re-connect with your core after having your baby. For 6 weeks we help you to recover some strength and connection with your core and pelvic floor and prepare you for returning to active life, sport or exercise.

We charge more for this class because we aim to give more expert guidance and advice, specific to your postnatal journey, and we keep numbers small for this reason.

Welcome from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, around 12 after a c-section.

Bring your little one or leave them with someone, it is up to you. Meet other mums, ask questions. After the 6 week block you can progress to our next class, MumStrength, or back to something you previously enjoyed!

This is a class where mums can bring along their little one (or not!) and enjoy some safe but effective exercise. Each class will include some weights -based work as well as some Pilates and pelvic floor focus.

Ideally you will have completed our MumRestore class first, however, do get in touch with us if you feel you might be ready for this class.
