This coaching package is not transferable. The first payment is due on the start date of the coaching package. If you cancel within a day of a the group session you will be charged full price for that session. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the coaching package. There is a 14 day cancellation period and you can cancel through TeamUp by going onto the accounts option. Boom Coaching Limited are the coaching provider to Reedham Park Lawn Tennis Club and Redhill Lawn Tennis Club, anyone receiving tuition from Boom Coaching must become a member of their respective club after the first month of play, failure to join the club will result in the termination of this coaching agreement. If you can't make a group you can book anyother group that week to make up for your missed session and multiple missed sessions can not be stored up as credits. We may use these groups to promote boom tennis on social media, please let us know if you’d rather not have your Child photographed / video. We understand that these are turbulent times financially and if you can no longer afford coaching because of a change in circumstances please email us and we will try hard to work something out. Boom Tennis will occasionally use photography to promote the business, if you do not wish for your picture to be included please email us now to let us know.
