The cancellation policy is 12 hours. Classes cancelled within the 12 hour period will still be charged.
All courses purchased have an expiry date of 6 months from date of purchase. Courses cannot be extended, transferred or refunded.
If you are running late you are welcome to come onto a later class, subject to availability. Classes cannot be transferred to another day.
