Rejuvenate your Body & Mind. Join us at The Haybergill Centre, located in the Upper Eden Valley from Friday eve to Sunday afternoon. We have exclusive use of the large inspiring Hi-Spec Scandanavian style Eco lodge. Accommodation is in twin ensuite rooms (singles available on request) and includes home cooked vegetarian meals, with drinks and snacks being available throughout the day. We will be focusing on the essentials for the mid-life body in the form of Restorative activity & mental wellbeing, pilates for mobility and strengthening to include Pelvic Health & Bone Health, the self care technique of the MELT Method, stretching and releasing, cardio fitness & low impact dance, walking outside in the glorious countryside and most importantly, rest, pleasure, fun, laughter and friendship. Among the 3 acres of woodland grounds is a firepit and Arctic Hut, which creates a lovely evening session of fun, laughter (and drink if you want).  

Reserve your place by 31st Dec and qualify for the EARLY BIRD price of £295, this will then increase to £310.  Either pay the £80 non refundable deposit straight away or chose the ;holding deposit' price of £20 with the remainder of the deposit to be paid by 31st Jan 2023.  There is the option to pay the balance in installments if you wish.  There are a limited number of singles available for a £50 supplement.
