Join Tali & Mags on 12 March for a whole day of hip openers and twists to make space for new growth and experiences to transition from Winter to Spring.

Enjoy two light-hearted yoga classes in the day — a morning Flow Yoga Class moving through standing and seated twists to detoxify and cleanse, as well as yin and restorative practice in the afternoon to ground, centre, and connect as this new season unfolds.

You will create steadiness and presence to remind yourself to turn inward, reflect, and consciously prepare to renew. Whether moving through a transition from one yoga posture to the next or from winter to spring, lingering in the moments in between encourages us to slow down, move mindfully, and find the yoga beyond the asana.
